Tracker is off Track
Tracker off track. I have been a customer of Tracker since 2014. Everytime I change cars I have remained with Tracker because of the trust i have with them. I have 3 cars which use their tracking units. I have never had any billing issues with them until this year 2023. When the use of the same services since 2014 has more than tripled as of February 2023. In March 2023 the cost is almost 20 times. This is unfair and unprofessional.

This morning to my surprise Tracker deducted a cost for 10677 sms's even after I raised the validity and accuracy of such messages because of units being faulty and sending me sms in the middle of the night when the vehicles were stationary and this was reported in february. I also asked for a technician to come and have a look at the units for which I am still waiting. This is incompetence at its best. Great way to get back on track.
This morning to my surprise Tracker deducted a cost for 10677 sms's even after I raised the validity and accuracy of such messages because of units being faulty and sending me sms in the middle of the night when the vehicles were stationary and this was reported in february.
