Tracker is never reachable
I have been trying to get ahold of tracker value add services since Friday.
I held for over 10mins on Friday And today the same thing
Cancel my ticket services please & let me move to a provider that actually works

I have tried 4 times today and waited over 40 minutes of which my 4th time the holding period was over 60minutes
I don’t want your services, cancel my policy immediately when my contract ends in august.
