Tracker is installing tracking devices, and holding clients liable for a fixed term without their consent or knowledge.

Installed a tracker into my car without being informed in any mode that it is a 36month contract. I sold the car, requested cancellation and only now informed that they have obligated me to a 3 year contract! The document i signed indicated absolutely nothing about an obligation imposed on me to fullfill a three year contract. I called to cancel and for the first time informed of the contract imposed on me without my knowledge. It is my knowledge that in order for a contract to be valid it requires both parties to be aware of what they are consenting to, they need to be made aware of the obligation imposed on them in terms of the contract. Nothing was explained to me, i dont have a document i signed indicating any obligations to the contract and now i am told i cannot cancel without paying a large cancelation fee or i can transfer the contract by paying another large fee, None of this was made known to me when the tracker was installed.
