Tracker is ineffective and keep enriching themselves unfairly

Good day

I made a request on the 18th August to *** to cancel my contract after numerous times to attempts to change my car as the old one was sold. Since then Tracker never processed my request. they have debited a total of 4 premiums and till today it has not been finalized. I made a call today, Piet (23/11/2023 09H25) was the consultant I spoke to and was informed that it was never processed and I need to give a calendar notice. I am not willing to give more notice as I have already done so in August 2023.

I have been in no end with tracker and I wish for once Tracker can do what is deemed fair as at this stage I feel that Tracker is doing injustice and enriching themselves by doing this unfair practice.
