Tracker is dysfunctional

I have never met a company that is so dysfunctional as Tracker. I have sent emails but had no response from this on any of my emails. One of my trucks was almost hijacked on Monday night the panic button that we have in our truck was pressed twice and tracker did not respond, and this is not the first time this has happened. I have requested from them to please make an appointment with my business so we can sort out this issue and they just do not care. They are very quick to take their premier every month but have no responsibility when it comes to people's lives. I think it is time for a change in service providers as this is not working. I am at my end with you.
