Tracker is doing as they please in my account

I called the cancelation department on the 4th of April 2024 to cancel my tracker and the consultant who was assisting told me that at the end of April there won't be any deductions in my bank account. The end of April, tracker company went to my bank account and debited R269.00 and I reversed the debit order as I was told there won't be any deductions. The end of May they debited R599.00 +R110.00 I called the company to confirm why are they still debiting and the lady said they will refund the money back to my bank account. I am still waiting for my money.
