TRACKER IS DISHONEST! TRACKER HAS NOT REFUNDED ME!
Tracker debited my account for more than a year without providing the service of tracking my car. In Sep 2024, I discovered via the Tracker app that my car was not being tracked. I contacted Tracker about this and they confirmed that they were not tracking my car since 01 Mar 2023 despite Tracker deducting money monthly from my bank account. I have since made several phone calls to Tracker and I have sent numerous emails to Tracker to try and get my refund of R2,117.36, but Tracker has not refunded me. This is regarding reference number CLI***.
