Tracker is damaging my battery
After the 24th of June a tracker was installed and ever since then my car has been jumpstarted more than 5 times, I took it to Hyndai and the battery was tested and it was fine, I was asked what did I recently do to the car I told them about the tracker to which I was advised to either get it removed or have it properly installed to avoid the damage its causing. To my surprise when I called tracker call centre, I was told I needed to payR395 to have the unit that has been in my car for less than 3 weeks removed. Today I called tracker to confirm that I need the unit removed, and another agent by the name of angelo ramrock that I need to pay R1200 to remove the unit-for the 1st time I amfinding out about this being a 36months contract, yet I never signed anything - the lady I gave details to telephonically said if I do not like the unit it will cost me R395 to remove it.I am starting to think tracker is a ***** considering the fact that my reason for wanting it removed is based on them sending an *********** technician-and now I do not want any further installing in my car before it is ruined-I would never agree to 36 months when I am left with less than12 mnths to finish car paymnt
