Tracker is completely off their game

Customer service stinks. I have been trying to contact them, to change details on my contract for 5 days now. I have called, WhatsApp'd and Emailed, all to no avail. When they did eventually call me back, there were people in the call centre talking in the background, but no-one answered me! I received 2 emails from them to say someone would be contacting me, but nothing. I am sick and tired of this company and will be cancelling my contract with them.
