Tracker is *********** and useless

I was hijacked and Tracker was notified within few minutes of the incident. The hijackers kidnapped me for about 4 hours, during which I believe they were trying to temper with the tracking device. Tracker failed to recover my vehicle for 4 hours (while reported), within approximately 20 minutes driving distance from where I was hijacked. When I called them to check the progress of the recovery of my vehicle, I was told that it can even take 5 to 10 years to recover a vehicle. What use will the vehicle be to me if it is recovered after 5 years or more ??? What am I was I paying Tracker for ??? Tracker further debited my account double for my other vehicle on a date we never agreed upon. When I told them the funds are meant for something else, they told me they cannot reverse them and it will take daysss for them to assist me. Where did they get authority to take additional funds on a date we never agreed upon??? Are we living for Tracker? Don't we have other financial needs? Tracker is useless, *********** and unprofessional.
