Tracker is a **** - Do Not Use This Tracking Company
I've been with Tracker for over 6 years. I encouraged my friends and colleagues to join the Tracker family, a decision I deeply regret.
I requested roadside assistance and I was told that the service provider is in Roodepoort and as such I will be responsible for payment of "additional kilometres". I only need to be towed 13,6 km, the policy caters for 40 km, why must I pay for the distance the tow truck travels when coming to assist me? I do not appreciate the level of service I received.
