Tracker is a ripoff

I'm disgusted with tracker. I received a call from them when my first debit order bounced at the beginning of covid. I told them I lost my job and asked them to cancel my subscription, which they did not do. I stopped the debit order with my bank, but they continued trying to get money out of my account for another 3 months thereafter. Now they handed me over to their debt collecting partners, slapping me with a four month bill. I feel **********. After over ten years of being with them and not having used the service ever, this is how they treat me?! There has not even been a single call from them to find out why, after so many years of loyal service, I have not made payment. I really feel cheated and treated disrespectfully and harshly, especially during this period when so many of us have lost income! Tracker is nothing but a *******!!
