TRACKER IS A NO GO GUYS, THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE AT ALL

i have had an extremely bad service from tracker, i called on the 27th of Oct 2022 to cancel my product and was told i signed up for a 36 month contract for which i requested for a call recording for that i was told that i will be contacted and provided with the recording in 48hrs , its been 3 weeks and i have not heard from them only to get another invoice last night, when i called the call centre i was on hold for over 45 mins with no assistance for which i dropped the call and called the office landline and was also still put on hold for another 30 mins before an agent got hold of me and was stating same stories i was told on the 27th of oct, i requested to speak to a manager as Stephanie Tshabalala could not help me and i was put on hold again for 12 mins and then she came back to say i should please wait as they are trying to get a call recording and she further comes back and states that i was lying as i did not call on the 27th that i only called last week.
