Tracker is a ****

I had a tracker contract on my car package tracker alert , on 10 February 2023 i was hijacked Pretoria North and taken with the car , while on the car at the boot the guys who hijacked me were busy trying to temper with tracking device and were busy communicating with someone working at tracker office who instructed them were the tracker was and the were unable to find it until he told them that the office is going to call me to check if i was safe , yes the office call and i did say i'm safe for my safety as i was pointed the gun on my head. The tracker office called my next of keen to check my safety and she answered them that shes not sure as were not together by that time .

The guys keeps on driving with me an arguing on the phone with the tracker person telling him/her that she/he knows were the device is as she/he knows the movements of the car and were alerting them for the whole week , finally the got the device and dropped me at soshanguve midnight ..

I called tracker by someone phone just few minutes after been dropped to alert them that my car was hijacked and was advised that there busy tracing the car and police are informed to be on the lookout ,. i never received any car from tracker that night or morning to tell me about the whereabouts of my car ,

I called tracker next afternoon and was told that the wont call as long as there's no update and the device was removed from the car previous night .

without my knowledge my account with tracker was cancelled and when i call i was told that i was no longer their client , while my car was not recovered . when i ask the reason for cancellation was because my car was not recovered .

My issue or problem is the people who are working at tracker are working with this ********s as the can monitor our cars and inform them about our movements and on top of that also working with police not to stop hijacked cars on the run .

Why do we have tracker in the car while our cars cant be protected or tracked by tracker and people who are working at tracker are ***** and also the amount the advertise that if the don't recover the car will reimburse .

For me to have a tracker device from tracker is a **** and waste of time because the don't protect our cars and will never ever take a contract with them rather try other companies who respect their customers belongings
