Tracker is *********.

Two years ago I installed Tracker in one of my vehicles and worked great. The install went smooth and all was well. I then installed another 4 vehicles wit the same devices and did an outright purchase of the equipment to reduce the monthly premium. The service came with a function where you could do a playback to see where a vehicle travelled and exact details of speed, direction etc. Suddenly this year, they removed the Playback function without consultation. I feel ****** as they now want me to upgrade all my units and package. This is ********* and bad business practice and will not recommend Tracker.
