Tracker is *******!
Don't install any Tracker unit or pay for any "service" f4rom this company - they are so useless that they couldn't find their own backsides when sitting on the toilet! 1. I called within 17 minutes of my vehicle being ****** - it was still showing on the app but then disappeared & was never recovered? 2. I purchased a new vehicle & 24 hrs after a new Tracker device was installed they still could not issue a Certificate of Installation? Just avoid Tracker - you will get more satisfaction burning your money than wasting it on these palooca's!

18 Apr 2024, 14:51Tracker did indeed contact me & although they still cannot find the vehicle (because Toyota makes no effort on making a car difficult to *****), they eventually sent me the Certificate of Installation - within 4 (calendar) days of the installation. Unfortunately, the tracking device did not work - clearly ****-poor installation & f-all quality control on behalf of the original installer (who probably also stuffed up the Install Certiifcate). Hats off to Tracker who dispatched their own technician, who immediately replaced the device & I have had no further issues!
