Tracker installed yet 7 days later not activated

On Monday 22nd February BB Nissan from Silverton came to install my new tracker. When he had installed the Tracker he told me that he did not have the black box with him that would activate the Tracker and that someone else through the cause of the day would come and activate the system.Seven days later and still not a phone call or anyone that has activated the system. I'm out of town from tomorrow until Friday, I would really appreciate it if Tracker could get there sub contractor to get themselves into gear and activate my Tracker today still
