Tracker installation mishap

I was called by Tracker for an installation that was confirmed for the 24 of August and we are at the 20th September and still no one from Tracker have been at my home. Spoke to Brain Maleka that did the conformation. Would appreciate if they would call me I have been a happy customer for more than 10 years...... please keep up the good work and contact me.
