Tracker installation booking issues

Booked an installation with the scheduling department, was told its confirmed for the afternoon, no one pitched or even called. Have to collect the vehicle but no insurance in place without tracking system.

Phoned to cancel the contract as clearly they cannot hold on to their own schedule. Thandeka told me the booking was never made even though it was confirmed over the phone?
