TRACKER INSISTS ON DEBIT ORDER I'M PAYING EFT AND BREACH OF POPI

I thought i made or stated this clear i'm paying my Tracker account via EFT which has already been done if any attemt is made to do another deduction it will be reversed i arranged an EFT months back because of Tracker deducting double amounts looks like this did not stop and Tracker is unhappy if they cant do that thus attempts is being made to deduct more from my bank account when i sent through new banking details they already sent me a email stating be sending them the new banking details im giving them permission to deduct without signing a dedit order i'm asking anyone who knows the POPI ACT to read this
