Tracker *****ing money

I’ve cancelled my account months ago, received a letter confirming it was cancelled, yet they still deduct money from my account. I stopped the debit order with the bank, yet they still manage to initiate a new debit order which is *******. I emailed every single email address available for tracker to ask them to fix this, yet no reply, no action, just more attempts to ***** money from me. Next email will be to the ombudsman.
