Tracker incompetence is unbelievable.

Good morning my fellow hello peter reviewers,

Let me start of by saying that i dont know what to do anymore im thinking of involving the ombudsman now or some legal expert as my problem has been ongoing now for the 4th month.

Tracker connect doesnt value there clients they are just interested in making money and there staff is extremely *********** they make empty promises amd dont seem to do anything right even management doesnt want to take responsibilty for there staff incompetence i have been reporting a financial problem to tracker finance department for the last 4 months yet every month im being overcharged when i have credit last month i logged a complaint about my issue yet this month i still have the same problem again after i was promised that it will be solved.

Im over trackers incompetence to actually fix my problem now and thinking of taking legal action and naming employees that ive been dealing with the last 4 months.

Tracker is not taking responsibility and they dont want me to talk to a senior manager to state my issue because they are scared of losing there jobs.

Tracker im removing your debit order of my account this month and im starting legal action against you until my issue is sorted out since ive tried now for 4 months for help you leave me no choice but to proceed this way.
