Tracker Incompetence
My vehicle was ****** from the school, within Minutes i phone them to report the vehicle ******. On request i was told that the device was still active, i requested the location and was told that i was not allowed to know were it is. The vehicle was not recovered at all. i have been battling to get the activation report from them.
I have asked them about there recovery policy and was told that they do not cover anything, Tracker have been *****ing premiums from me for 4 years and don't compensate for not recovery the vehicle.
Tracker is *****ing from us for not be able to compensate after taking Your money for 4 years. I will also go and see my lawyer to Sue tracker for the poor service and loss of income due to them being unable to recover my vehicle.
Please stay away from tracker and never make use of their services as they are a ***** company lying and *****ing from everyone!!!
Please don't use them at all because they are *******!!!!

I do not see this as resolved and will be taking further steps as at the time off installation of the device it was not mentioned to me that Tracker will not be liable for any form of compensation and i will revert this matter to the onbudsman board.

at leatst other comanys like Cartrack offers a recovery warranty: If they don't recover your ****** vehicle, Cartrack will pay you up to R150 000!
Its more than what i can say from the service that tracker offers, people please dont do business with the people as they are just going to ***** Your money and deliver poor service
