TRACKER -,in my eyes ******* an inmoral action!

<p>I bought a new car in 2011 andas part of my Insurance package a TRACKER contract for 3 years was included. WhenI changed from Insurance -I phoned TRACKER to cancel the contract. A cancellation fee had to be paid, which Icould not affort at that time and TRACKER handed me over to Nortonattorneys for non-payment. An arrangement was made with Norton Attorneys and the payments was made until the arrears account eas paid of</p> <p> My 3 year contract wit TRACKER expired in Apr 2014. Since I had not hear fromthem or had any aervice from them. In Nov 2015 they decided to re-instate my account and start deducting a premuim from my cheque account -I did not request re-instatement of a TRACKERcontact -nor give permission for debiting my cheque account. Apparently a sms was sent to me informing me that they going tor-instate myaccount. Can't remembber that Ihave seen it -nor knowof it is legal. When the first premuim went off -.I phoned TRACKER and asked them to stop -,that was mot done and apparently they have no record of this. A 2nd premuim went off ,and the contract was then cancelled.TRACKER hold me responsible forthe payment of R431 for a service of which the</p> <p>1. contract peiod has expired and was paid off and the<span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01'; font-size: 14px;"> contract period expired 2014.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01'; font-size: 14px;">2. I did not give permission to,re insate the account.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01'; font-size: 14px;">3.Did not to permission to debit my cheque account.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Avenir W01'; font-size: 14px;">i had several telphonic conversations with them-and they kept insisting that I own them R431 and now handed me to Norton attorneys to pay the money. I 've talked to TRACKER legal dept todayand whalla- either pay the R431or pay R800,cancellaton fee. Every day anew story -,butthey are not at fault! I asked that a senior person from both TRACER and Norton attorneys call me,back -still has not received a call. I am really not payingfor a service Ididnot request and money that was *******ly debited frommy cheque account.
