TRACKER - impossible to cancel a contract!!!!

I sold my car about 2 weeks ago and am trying to cancel my tracker contract.<br> Your call centre keeps on telling me that they will phone me back to assist me.<br> I have called in tho the call centre 6 times already.<br> <br> I am getting to the point where I want to get legal advise and get the Ombutsman involved.<br> Is it to much to ask for basic good service??? Please can this matter be sorted out as soos as possible?<br> I started using tracker more than 6 years ago and yet they tell me I still am under a 36 moth contract <br> only to expire in a years time.<br>
