Tracker = Herpes
I have cancelled my Tracker on my vehicle through the mobile app from May 2022 but each month I've been debited as Tracker has not processed it. I then called in September to cancel my account yet again to get the funds to be taken from my account. I called yet again in October with the same result. I called again in November to cancel and asked them to send me proof of cancelation, as nothing was sent from them I had to call again to get confirmation that my account was canceled and asked them again to make sure that no funds will be deducted from my account again, which the lady confirmed. I got the cancelation notice on the 18th November from the lady that I spoke to. Today on the 2nd of December my account was debited yet again by Tracker. In short don't use Tracker as they are like herpes they just keep on coming back no matter what you do.

06 Dec 2022, 11:41Don't use Tracker. They are worse than a gym contract. After I canceled they tried to call me and seeing that I was at a bad reception area and they couldn't get hold of me they still kept on billing me. There are a lot of other tracking companies to choose from. Please don't use them.
