Tracker has poor service
I really struggle with the support I get from Tracker. Whenever I send a request, I am told I will be contacted telephonically to resolve it. I get numerous SMSs saying Tracker has tried to call me and failed. However, I never get any of these calls. Now that I have been trying to cancel a subscription and it is just not happening, all the while I am still billed for it.
