Tracker has pathetic service!

They are pathetic!!! My tracker in my car has not been working for 6 months now and still they deducted payments every month! I have tried phoning them various times but all the numbers are either not working, congested or does not even ring! Finally got through to emergency service today and they said I must jow pay R 1500 to end my contract. When I asked that they send me this stipulation no one rep****. How on earth does that make sense? Worst service ever!!! Definitely reporting them!
