Tracker has no integrity!
I recently renewed my contract with Tracker via email as i was on training and we were unable to connect telephonically. As a result Tracker never advised me of my terms and conditions and now that i am trying to stop my Johannesburg contract and take up a Cape Town contract they are insisting i need to pay a R800 settlement fee. This when the terms and conditions were never discussed with me. They are being exceptionally unreasonable, ********* and unhelpful.
