Tracker has gone insane!
Who can help me with Tracker? This company has gone insane. After apologising and promising last week that they have corrected their mistake, they are back on my case again regarding outstanding amount and threats of additional charges. Tracker sent me emails and letters confirming that I don't owe them, apologising for inconvenience caused and promising to leave me alone. Despite, they went on to deduct money I don't owe them last week, and today I received 3 sms threatening me. Having used Tracker this long, I never thought they will deteriorate to this low level. Sis, Tracker!

29 Jul 2024, 11:36You are naughty, Tracker. Of course you have become hopeless. Please let me address your CEO directly. You have heen refusing to give me his/her details saying that you are not alloqed. You are doing injustice to what used to be a good company.
I want to tell him/her that Tracker is crumbling right under his/ her nouse. All what the many employees I talked to over a period of 9 months is the following:
1. We apologise,
2. I have sent an email for them to correct,
3. We have evidence you don't owe Tracker. Do you want me to sent it to you?
4. It will never happen again, I promise.
Well trained employees in offering apologies and sweet talks, but not in doing the job. Tracker, if you do not do something with your administration, in no more than 3 years you will be a thing of the past. Please take my advise. I can see being far from your operations that there is lot of confusion internally. I see it because I know how efficient you used to be, for many years, but today, only heaven knows.
Tracker, please do something quickly with your administration/management, they are lying to you if they say all is well.
