Tracker has been milking me for 16 months!

My tracker went up in flames in feb 2015 with my car. They said if I wanted to move it to my new vehicle there would be a charge for a new one. I disagreed, and they said I had to buy myself out of the contract. 16 months on and I am still having the same argument with themk. Bottom line.. I have been paying for 30 months out of 36 months and they refuse to waiver the remaining 6 months.
