Tracker handed me over to Lawyer.

I am very very unhappy about the terrible service which i got at Tracker the past few months. I was a loyal customer for more than a year. When i sold my car the new owner did not want to take over the contract from me. So i kept on paying it, after about six months i spoke to the right person at tracker which informed me that we can cancel this contract but then they need a R1600 once off payment which i didnt had. So Tracker accepted small payments of R400 a month, after the second month i was called by a lawyer, Tracker handed me over to them for what ****in reason i dont know. I MEAN SERIOUSLY IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY DONT NEED YOUR SERVICE ANYMORE. THE FACT YOU HANDED ME OVER TO A LAWYER IS NOT A PROBLEM. BUT TRACKER WILL PAY THERE FEES MARK MY WORDS. CAUSE AFTER ALL MY PAYMENTS EACH AND EVERY MONTH NOW BECAUSE OF THIS IT AFFECTED MY CREDIT RECORD AS WELL. WELL DONE BOYS YOUR THE BEST WHOOO HOOOOO. I BELIEVE IN KARMA AND IT BITES HARD.
