Tracker gives highly unacceptable service. Im extremely unhappy they are utterly useless

I had tracker installed. At luipaard st next to the mc donalds But im extremely un satisfied with the service they provide. The "hidden" unit is not even hidden. I removed 2 *****s and opend my cluster and their it was blinking lights less then a minute to find. I removed the unit and switched it off and no reports was ever sent to me to inform me. And that was seven months ago. No call no sms no email. But they are fast to demand payment and when I call the customer centre I wait nearly hours for response. Being redirected multiple times with no help or solutions. I had to stop payment to get their attention they expect me to pay but they dont deliver their side of the deal. I dont recomend them.
