Tracker frustration

I took out a Tracker contract for my car. My car was involved in a terrible accident this year and written off. I had the trauma of an accident that was not my fault. The car, being a write off, is no longer mine. It is probably in pieces for parts. But explaining this to Tracker, they said I HAD to transfer this to another car. What car is that? No car for months but paying every single month. I have a 2nd hand car bought but there is no way I'm having a tracker fitted to my car following the uncaring, cold manner I had encountered. I have considered legal action but it's the principle of the matter: paying for service on a car I don't have, don't own. It's terrible. There is no help when you need it. Life is not always black and white. Life throws punches.
