TRACKER ********** debit orders

I have recently purchased a car and was required to have a tracking device fitted on my vehicle by my insurence company. After making a few quotations, I then chose my preferred car tracking company and I had their device installed on my vehicle.

Now there is another company caller TRACKER that is busy pushing debit orders through my account without my approval. I have never signed any contractual agreement with TRACKER nor any verbal or telephonic agreement to take services from them. I then realized that they had installed their tracking device on the vehicle when it was still at the delealership, but there was no agreement entered into with me to take up their services. How do I report this company TRACKER for fraught?
