Tracker fitting

Tracker has been unable to book or come fit a tracking unit on my car for 2 weeks now. I called them several times and waited for hours and they never pitched. When you call they put you on hold forever and when they promise to call and they don't. I am even wondering if i will be safe once I sign up with them. If it was not the fact that it is a requirement that I fit tracker on my car, I would have signed up with a different supplier.
