Tracker fitment nightmare!

I recently bought a car and had a tracker unit fitted and the nightmares started! The car on the app had a mileage of over 55000km and it was listed as an SUV! After I wrote to tracker, I got a call with a promise whereby they would send a email and I would respond with the correct information. They never did. I don’t understand how the technician who fitted the device on the car could have gotten everything so wrong because he did it at the dealership! Now I can’t even use the car as the insurance has different details about the car!
