TRACKER FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT

Was handed over to a NIMBLE collections company for a supposedly outstanding amount on my profile that was actually paid up with correct ref number as provided by TRACKER. Payment reflected on TRACKER account as received but ref nr not allocated correctly. Was still handed over in January already and harassed by this NIMBLE collections company / group for months now. Very poor administrative services from both companies. Numerous POP's submitted. Probably reflecting negatively on my credit record as well... and not even sure if it is finally sorted out!
