tracker failure

<p>The law firm Norton Lambrianos acting on behalf of its client Tracker deducted an amount of R875 from my bank acc on claims of account in errors with tracker....</p> <p> </p> <p>When i got in an contract with Tracker in means of a call they had failed to inform me there will be a cancellation fee should i decide to cancell my contract with tracker.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>So when i had to cancel their services was told of this cancellation fee. i told tracker that due to failing to let me know of the cancellation fee on the phone call that binds me legally and them as a contract i have no reason legally to pay the cancellation fee,mind you this was in March when i sold my car.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Now Norlam called me to tell me they have been assigned by tracker to handle the situation, i told the same story about tracker failing to tell me about cancellation fees should i decide to wana cancell their services when i need to and they asked to send them any proof so i sent them the initial phone call that binds both me and tracker in a legal contract</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Today they debited *******y an amount from my account although iv sent them proof to show Tracker never informed me about any cancellation fee in means of a voiceclip i sent to seabata and Oriel who both work for the firm.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Iv sent two emails to them with the voiceclip with no respond from neither but they have debited money from my account without my consent.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>This law firm shows its run in an ******* manner and im willing to fight this because its not my fault the account is now in errors when i gave tracker notice in good time about my intention to sell my car and that i will not need thier services nomore</p> <p> </p>
