TRACKER FAILS TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT ON A RIGHT OFF CAR WHICH WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT

Be careful of making deals with Companies telephonically, they make false promises, when you need them they find ways to escape and run free, off hook. We were engaged in a car accident, the first company we called for WAS TRACKER, we were desperately in need of help stranded and vulnerable in the early morning hours at about 1:00am . The lady on the line told us that THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO we must call our insurance company. I THOUGHT THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED AT least THE POLICE or an AMBULANCE just for them to show that they care about their clients not only the "premium or monthly debit" they SHOULD VALUE THE LIVES MORE THAN MONEY. What is worse is that the CAR THAT'S REGISTERED with TRACKER is now a RIGHT OFF and also was covered on a THIRD PARTY it's therefore a rejected claim from the insurer for repairs or to be paid out. I reported the matter to TRACKER expected them to CANCEL THE CONTRACT BETWEEN ME AND THEIR COMPANY since the CAR to "TRACK" is not there ,even if I fix it that will take time as I'm running around to get quotes. They told me that, the CONTRACT CANNOT BE CANCELLED UNTILL I FINISH 3 YEARS or I must pay them R1500 to CANCEL it.
