Tracker Fail to Deliver again

Email send on the 6th of April 2018 and ONCE AGAIN Tracker failed to respond

So glad I am NOT with Tracker anymore

To whom it may concern

On the 4th of April 2018 Heidi from your Tracker Team contacted me stating my Ford Ranger has been recovered and was found in the Bronkhorstspruit area.

It was recovered on the 8th of March 2018 as Heidi stated

She contacted me from her direct line number **********

She was shocked that NO ONE from Tracker has contacted me from the 8th of March 2018

I stated that is why I am happy NOT TO be with Tracker due to the poor service I received specially when my car was ****** AND the last SMS I receive was on the 4th of March 2018 stating my vehicle could not been recovered.

I have tried to contact Heidi on the 5th and 6th of April 2018 with NO SUCCESS to follow up on the status of my old vehicle as there was personal items in the car which was NOT covered by insurance and I would like to find out if these personal items was FOUND with my recovered vehicle

I am very VERY upset on this POOR customer service - I do not even WANT to go into the procedure I had to follow just to cancel my Tracker contract as your internal department miscommunication issues became my problem.

I would like a manager to contact me ASAP by Monday the 9th of April 2018 by close of business. If not this email will be posted on HelloPeter as I am tired of this poor tracking services I have received and the after sale math is reflecting very bad in your favor.
