Tracker earley warning is useless

I installed a Tracker with keytag on January 2024, it was a big hassle to get it to work, I tested the unit again on Saterday 22 June 2024 by leaving my keytag at home, Tracker did not call me or notify me, I called Tracker and a lady informed me the system was off but it is online again and will work if I want to test it, I went to town again a hour or so later and again no respons from Tracker, I called Tracker again and a male person this time apologized to me about the incovenience I'm going through, He asked my info and said he will reset my car's unit on the system, I told him this is totaly unacceptable, he then went into my profile and said he can see on the system that my car was moving without the keytag 3 times on Saterday, so I asked him why did Tracker not informed me about that, he explained something about the monetoring department which did not make sence to me, In January the same happened, Tracker is useless, taking customers money and the service is pathetic.
