Tracker

I informed tracker that my "panic button" isn't working because they never call when I pressed it. Eventually when they returned my call they gave me a booking to have it checked out. NOW : I just got my car back from my mechanic who performed some engine work. I took my car to tracker Connect, Parow. I met the technician in the ba*****t and he showed me to the waiting area. I went downstairs to see what's taking so long. I found him revving my car so hard he didn't even hear me screaming so he got stop. I had my car back a few days and I was ****ed off because I don't drive or Rev my car to that extent. I drove it with extra care because it had serious engine work done. It started to smoke and got heavier over time, I took my car back to the mechanic and guess what. He hurt the engine. I didn't find any complaints department nor was I able to reach them. Please people let them treat your car with respect
