Tracker drains my battery

Tracker drains my battery, I have called them a number of times asking to physically remove ttheir device from my vehicle. They promise to come back to me but never do. Last time (2 days back, it was Tuesday 14th April) I called Tracker call centre *** and spoke to John who promised to arrange a technician . Still waiting... I am flying from ORT airport soon and will have to leave the car in the airport parking. If the tracker is not removed I will not be able to start the car on my return.
