Tracker doesn't recover vehicles

This is the 2nd time I am experiencing horrible service from tracker. I am in Namibia and reported my car ******. Had to call many times and do checks with many ppl and vehicle still not being tracked. Nomsa Naomi called my sister and **** she had me on another call. Molefe Kgonothi **** he was tracking my vehicle until he had to ask verification questions and said the tracking has been now activated. This is howy last vehicle was not recovered by tracker.
