Tracker doesn't honour their Contract or RESPECT their costumers

The Tracker on my car was not working for a 5 months after various attempts from their side to fix it, they never resolved the problem. there was no point for me to keep paying for something that doesn't work. I called in and asked for a cancellation of the device as it had been active , they gave me hassle but i got an sms that it was cancelled and they stopped debiting .

now after 3 months of the cancellation date, they send me an sms telling me they are taking me to legal due to the missed payments on my account, how is that even possible? they wont give recording of the cancellation call even though its my right to have it as proof
