Tracker does not want to repair my broken unit

Im a very angry client as i was involved in a car accident last mnth, my car was taken to the panel beater who checked and told me that the tracker unit is damage. i then called tracker on the 6th on November and i was told someone will call me within an hour and no one called, i have been calling them since and each time they tell me that they are waiting for the technician to check the care, its the 10th today and still no one called, i called the again twice already and told me the very same thing that someone is going to call me within an hour.. the panel beater has finished repairing my car so i cant have it until that tracker is replaced. is this the kind of service that Im going to get should anything happen to my car?? THE SUPERVISE IS SO PATHETIC IM SO DISAPPOINT , does it take the whole 4 days to allocate a technician. the best option is to cancel the pathetic service as im not being assisted anyway.. i dont have a car, i dont know how long will i wait for tracker to assist me, it can even be next month
