Tracker does not value lives

I was hijacked on the 29th July and I was abducted by the hijackers.My family notified tracker and they said they were receiving a signal from the unit.I was tied and locked in the back of my bakkie.Everytime my mom spoke to them,they said they were receiving a signal.Not a single tracker vehicle or helicopter was sent to find me and after 2.5 hours I was dropped off and when I spoke to tracker later they said they were still receiving a signal from the bakkie and it was in Parys. I'd like questions to be answered.Can a client's life be replaced?What if I was never released. This was not bad customer service,this was a matter with no value of life.
