Tracker does not respond!!!

Tracker is a horrible company. I was recently involved in an attempted hijacking. I pressed the panic button located in my vehicle 5 times at first . There was no response from them. Sandile, one of their agents contacted me only an hour and thirty mins later for him to verify my details… I’m in a freaken hijacking. I told him their response was terrible and he is late for that. This was when I was arriving at the hospital after the hijackers shot me in the right foot and left leg. This all happened on the 07/12/2021. To date I have had no further contact from tracker or communication with regards to the situation. Tracker is a waste of money I tell you!!!
