Tracker does not care about their clients at all

I bought a car on finance and covers my tracker contract for 3 years but to my surprise my personal account is being debited again I called regarding that spoke to dealership which wrote an email to Duma Williams as he also emailed samashen Naidoo from tracker to get me refunded, it's been a month now m still Waiting for my refund and when I call them they dont take my calls nor respond to my messages anymore what could be so hard to refund a person this is so annoying.
